Baked Ricotta Cheese

Yield: 6 servings

2 cups Ricotta Cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon Citrus Salt or kosher salt
4 cloves roasted garlic, minced
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided

Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix cheese, thyme, salt, garlic and 2 tablespoons olive oil together.

Place in baking dish coated with nonstick spray, drizzle with remaining oil and bake for 20 minutes.

Broil until surface is golden and bubbly.

Serve immediately on crackers or stuff into Basic Crepes.
